I have never name and shame any business' customer service on social media, especially I have been growing up in places like Hong Kong or Macau. Got used to it, but this is another level.
Basically this lady in the shop had an extremely bad attitude at a shop front that I never seen before in Australia.
I went up to ask her nicely: "Is this beef or vegies?" because the food was boxed up. She said something in some Thai accent that I couldn't quite get and she slowly walked away to the basin and I patiently wait for her to come back. When she returned, I ask her what it is. She then start going: "I told you many many times👺👺" in an extremely bad attitude that anyone can hardly bear, as if she is my boss. Well, even my boss never talked to me like that.
I said politely I just ask you as I didn't hear you. She then very impolitely using an unwelcoming gesture: "Fxxxing Go away!". Someone was next to me seeing it all happened. Gees I pay for food and I ain't begging food. What is wrong with this place?

Read moreI was so hungry and thought this would be a decent option for the night so ordered vegetarian pad thai..after opening the container and having one bite I saw snail in the food. Not big one but quiet a reasonable size to make me feel gutted. Vegetarian food and snail. My unlucky day and lesson well learnt. It's a shame that this food went to waste while so many out there starve. Do the right thing and if you truly are dedicated towards your service then stay in business rather choose something else. Don't just do it to earn money. Do it for...
Read more3 to 4 stars. I work in St Leonards (just to let the staff know, I 'm the guy with the cap who brings his own bag). Pre 2024, I went there about twice a week for take away. LOVE the penang. Now prices have increased 22% (9 to 11). That price is now unacceptable for a take away for me. I'd pay 10. How about a coffee card situation for regulars? I have spent hundreds there over the years. Since back from the break I am looking about for other options - not just asian/curry - because of the price. I understand cost of living hits everyone, but please reward your regulars, or we will walk, buy elsewhere or bring in from home. Look at the number of empty shops in the Forum. And the other competitors: McD, KFC,...
