The food which we ordered (Crispy chicken with rice noodle soup and a cooked beef pho) were alright at best.

There were plenty of noodles, but the proteins in particular the beef was minimal. Credit where it's due with the chicken leg which seemed to deliver as per the pictures, but the beef pho was lacklustre and had very diced up beef where after 2-3 bites all the beef had disappeared.

The pho broth was decent, but to be quite frank there are much better options elsewhere.

Also during our visit, the heating was turned up to a very uncomfortable level and given the cramped atmosphere mixed with other customers coughing constantly without covering their mouths (especially in the middle of what appears to be an intense flu season), it became more of a quest to finish our meals quickly and leave ASAP.

If you're intending to pay by card, it was not advertised that there would be a 50 cent surcharge anywhere unless you specifically ask the person at the register, otherwise you'd be none the wiser. Ended up paying cash just out of principle. If you're looking for a quick meal on a budget, this is a perfect place. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options around in Eastwood which could give this place a run...

I'm really not one to review and would rather just walk away instead of comment and make a fuss but this one really made my blood boil , to keep things simple I ordered a large beef combination 🍲 pho and it came out relatively fast compared to every other time I have been there all looked normal until the moment I tasted it ; no words can describe how god awfully "SALTY" it tasted in fact it was so bad I could not finish it and had to up and leave

Having a quick glance over my shoulder to the kitchen it wasn't hard to see why this had occurred " the chefs were making really loud joking noises and all round just outside of the kitchen mucking around with the cashier girls leaning against the walls , it would appear that management has changed since the covid lockdown or the business was recently sold ' at any rate if this so called restaurant continues to operate in this manner without any regard for the standards of the food they are serving clients I cannot foresee it being around for much longer

Staff there need retraining and I would suggest managers need...

Are you wrong ??? I normally eat at the chinese side of eastwood . There is pho gia hoi and tan viet .. they both nice. I tought give pho mai a try .. you know what they reuse the noodle and soup from other people which is groose and unacceptable . Noodle was soggy and soup taste funny

got complain normally asian people will against customer but this one take the noodle straight away and change new one .

After 10 min i got my fresh one and totally taste different than first one . Should have food inspector come to check these out . Anyway im a chef so i know whats wrong with that.they look likes wash the noodle of previous customer and sentback to next customer .

Anyway will tell all my friend not to go there and i hope you guys be carefull with that . I belive this restaurant will improve or otherwise i think will bankrupt soon . Crispy chicken is not crispy and sting of old chicken .

That is first time and last time ill come to...

Hi everyone. 🙂 Hope your well. And here is my story Yesterday I was at Rhodes shopping centre. After realising I thought damm I'm hungry. Couldn't find anywhere near with parking. So I ended here as they seem to be the only one close by that wasn't closing soon as it was past 2 pm. Parked right outside on the main street 1 hour parking. Walked in got seated straight away Atmosphere is average not boring not exciting either I ordered the rare beef pho and as read on the reviews below they are tight on the meet portions little to nothing meat. Compared to other phos I have enjoyed. So thats the only reason for my ✨️ stars. Lucky I ordered crispy chicken to have as a side the fried chicken is just fried no actual seasoning. Pho broth very clean though.. Added enough hoisin and saracha and 🤌 I would definitely come back as I know this now and will ordered extra meal 😜

Last visit was maybe 6 months ago and this place has always produced good quality food. But today was a real disappointment. The stir fry rice noodle and the tomato rice and fried chicken were shocking. Rice Noodle seemed like it was sitting in the kichen for quite a while and just probably microwaved and brought it out to me. Not even piping hot and the noodles tasted like it's only being fried in soy sauce and lots of oil. Tomato rice was like some patches of white rice and the taste was nothing like tomato. I don't know how to describe it. And to top it all, the chicken was probably fried and refried a few times and it was all dry and burnt on the skin. Totally shocking how a shop could serve food like these! This will be the first and last time I will patronise this store.
