I recently had the pleasure of my relative taking away the pho special and tomato chicken rice home for me. The experience was simply delightful.. The pho stood out with its unique pepperiness, which was perfectly balanced and unlike any other pho I've had in Cabramatta. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a generous amount of sauce and soup in takaway. The noodles were cooked just right, and the meat was tender and perfect amount. The addition of pepper sausage added a delightful twist - amazing with the sauce.. The herbs were incredibly fresh. I was very satisfied afterwards. The tomato rice chicken - equally impressive. Don’t be fooled by appearances from the outside, Pho XOXO looks like just another spot on Cabramatta’s crowded strip. Step inside, though, and you’ll find one of my new favourite bowls of pho in the neighbourhood. Now, let’s be honest everyone’s got their go-to pho joint, the same way you’ve got a coffee shop you’d never cheat on. Switching loyalties feels almost scandalous. Best Pho I’ve Ever Had! 😋 I’m absolutely obsessed with Rare Beef Pho, and this place completely exceeded my expectations! 😍❤️

Came in for a late lunch with my mum and we both ordered the small Rare Beef Pho along with a Tamarind Drink. The “small” bowl was incredibly generous, and the flavour? Absolutely spectacular — rich, authentic, and comforting in every way.

The girl who served us was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Honestly, it was a 100/10 — hands down my new favourite pho spot, and we’ll definitely be back again...
