Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Don't know what happened with this pizza hut... They were our go to for about 9 months for cheap pizza and sides and fairly reliable and consistent, then all of a sudden the quality plummeted. They gave us an absolute mess of a pizza quite literally drowned in hollandaise sauce (with additional bbq sauce that the pizza doesn't come with), no apology or explanation, which made us sick despite our best efforts to mop it up.. Then after a month we gave them another shot thinking it was probably a fluke, and the pasta tasted metallic and off, the meat lovers tasted like fish, and the brownie also tasted like metal. Did a new manager come in? Are rusty, broken, or dirty implements being used to prepare the food now?? Don't think we can order from them again as I'm worried about food safety now. Honestly...

Hi, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at your store on Tuesday, 1st July 2025 around 6:52 PM. I ordered a large pizza worth $16.45, fully expecting to receive the second pizza free as clearly stated in your “2 for 1 Tuesdays” offer.

Instead, your staff refused to give me the second pizza and handed me a small can of Coke — which is absolutely not an acceptable substitute for a full pizza. This is misleading and unfair to customers.

I am asking for immediate compensation — either a refund, or a replacement pizza at no cost. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to Pizza Hut’s head office and lodge a complaint with relevant consumer authorities.

I expect to be treated fairly and not to be denied a publicly advertised offer. Please...

I came to pick up my order around 4pm yesterday (Tuesday 5th April 2022) There was 2 girls working there yesterday One of them was new, so she didn't say anything But the other one was a regular worker

The customer service from the regular worker as appalling and disgusting. This Asian man ordered his pizzas, and he was complaining that they left his pizzas in the heated platform for 2 hours and they never called him to see if he was coming to pick up or not. She replied "show me a receipt and we will make you new ones" But he was quite old so he doesn't know much. He decided to just take the SOGGY pizzas and go. When he was talking to her, she didn't even bother looking at him. This is just disgusting customer service. Just turned me off from ordering Pizza Hut in...
