Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered my first pizza, because of this offer "Buy One Get One FREE" with my 2 mates. I clicked on the promotion banner and ordered the pizza. I checked out, and went to collect my pizza, thinking that I will get two, but I was only offered one. I explained how I ordered, and that there is nothing mentioned about 'FREE' pizza. They talked, and I waited there for my second pizza only to find manager spending 10 minutes on a call to get a new order, although 3 other staff were standing doing nothing. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes, again asked politely, if I were getting my free pizza, only to get his response that he can't do anything about the website, it is working fine. He didn't offer me the second pizza or any form of compensation even though I mentioned it was my first customer experience with pizzahut. He was plain rude, and didn't seem to care. I had to return with my pizza, could not have it because, it was cold and gross, and ordered from dominos...

I ordered a menulog delivery from here. I ordered at 20:08 and the food was still preparing almost 50 mins later which was also past the estimated delivery time. The food eventually arrived cold and missing the drink I ordered. I tried to contact the store to which "all customer service representatives are busy". Which was convenient considering they were 30 mins from closing and probably didn't want to answer the phone. I contacted menulog who offered me a $10 voucher which is $23 below the total price for my food to which I declined. That caused them to end the chat with me. Myself nor anyone I know will order from this place or the menulog app again if I have anything to do with it. Absolutely disgraceful service between both the store...

Bought desert Hershey cookie and velvet brownie on a SUNDAY. I had to pay a Sunday surcharge, delivery fee, and even tipped the driver was around $36 for 2 items. Food came very fast and unfortunately raw dough underneath! Called immediately spoke to the assistant manager or second incharge, asked to plzz come pick up and dropp off new, he REFUSED. He responded by saying I was the only one who has complained today so that it was impossible for my complaint to be true? Seriously I can't,, never again will I ever buy any food here was inedable literally couldn't even lift off the tray it was stuck like cake batter. This manager will ruin your business with the way he disregard and disrespectful mannerisms. Will never eat...
