Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We ordered 3 pizzas and all of them came COMPLETELY RAW! We called about it and were disrespected by one of their employees (he promised to give us there name and never ended up doing it, it was a man who had an indian/nepalese accent, not sure from where exactly). He told us the only way we can get a new bunch of pizzas is if they could look through our red bins and open all of our trash to find the pizzas that we threw out because they were raw. He was going to force an employee to look through our garbage to get it. Worst customer experience of my life, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! There was one nice lady, the one who dropped off the pizzas at first, but her kindness was cancelled by the disgusting behaviour of that indian/nepalese guy and the manager. We didn't receive cooked pizza's and we never got a refund. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL RECEIVE RAW...

Repeat your order 5 times but they will charge a million for extras and not follow the order they took NUTS service plus attention 😜 the DELIVERY YOUNG Man told me if I don't like it go to Domino's. I said really ! Can't I repeat that and he did. I said well i choose pizza hut sutherland because I love it there.....pause but not any more . Terrible experience! Thought after many years we would retry Pizza Hut as they had a new cookie Pizza. After 3 hours and 3 calls, the pizza did not arrive. We were also told the manage is not onsite but our pizza would arrive shortly. Our last call was to ask for a refund, which we were advised would take 14 days, which we didn't receive.
