Red Lenny’s does some solid Panini and focaccia sandwiches. The Panini bread in particular stood out — perfectly toasted with a nice crunch and just the right texture to hold everything together. Compared to the Melbourne Panini game, it’s definitely one of the best breads I’ve had. The Prosciutto focaccia was also great — the focaccia was nicely toasted and paired well with the cheese and prosciutto, though I felt the toasting slightly overpowered the softer ingredients inside. Overall, Red Lenny’s has strong bread and great sandwich foundations; with a bit more refinement on fillings, it could easily be one of Sydney’s top sandwich spots.

We love this sandwich spot! Our favourite is the porchetta sandwich (pictured) which is absolutely amazing!!! Home made porchetta with a tangy slaw - generous portion, hearty, crunchy, never dry! sooooooo good!!! 😍 we have also tried the mortadella (pictured), schnitzel, prosciutto and meatball sandwiches and one pasta hehee - these are good but porchetta is the BEST in my opinion!! Ps. The staff are really nice and you can pick up a few Italian groceries inside ☺️☺️

The Salami focaccia sandwich was absolutely delicious. Fluffy bread, fresh ingredients and very generous serving sizes! To top it off, my cappuccino was a much needed hug in a mug🥰 It’s also very dog friendly and the lovely lady at the store asked to take a couple of pictures of my dog Fifi to potentially upload on their socials 🤭 If you are looking for a yummy feed in particular sandwiches or pasta, this is the place!! I can’t recommend enough!

I’m so happy my friend introduced me to this gorgeous cafe, with authentic Italian food, so fresh and tasty! We arrived at midday and enjoyed warm friendly service and an increasing buzz of atmosphere as the place gradually filled up for lunch in the high-ceilinged sunlight room at the back. We shared the Mortadella which was cooked to perfection, a lovely fresh chicken salad, an arancini ball which was just the way you’d want it…light and crispy on the outside and soft and warmed right through on the inside. The Dubai Chocolate cupcake desert was like nothing I’ve ever experienced and we savoured every mouthful! The group of 5 next to us had ordered theirs and devoured it before their savoury meal, which we were a little perplexed about, but understood why once we tucked into ours. It was that good! I believe they have specials on different days as well, which I’d love to return for. Grateful for little gems like this...

“Red Lenny” is hands down my new favorite spot in Sydney! This newly opened café and panini bar is all about top-quality ingredients, generous portions, and amazing service. The paninis are packed with fresh, flavourful ingredients, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Beyond the incredible food, they also serve great coffee, delicious pastries, and a selection of authentic Italian shelf products that bring a true taste of Italy to Sydney.

What truly sets Red Lenny apart are its owners, Marco and Emiliano. Their passion and warmth make every visit feel special. I’ve already become a regular! If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t be...
