New cafe find thanks to EatClub!

After reading all the Google reviews and looking at the photos and menus, we knew we had to visit.

Found this absolute gem in Castle Hill which rivals all the other Korean-style fusion cafes in Sydney.

Boasting great coffee and Insta-worthy food, we ordered: Toowoomba Linguine - very saucy and was a 10/10 dish! The toasted bread given was buttered and not just plain bread! They were very generous with the prawns in this dish and it was just a JOY to eat! Umami XO Fried Rice - no ordinary fried rice. This baby packed a punch in flavour, texture and more prawns! So good! Clam Chowder - had actual clams in it! Clam chowder which you don’t normally see on menus in Australia was a very special selling point for the cafe and it was chunky and hearty. Perfect for winter! Basque Cheesecake - the best way to finish off a meal! The cake was a typical cheesecake but paired with a berry coulis and whipped cream. Cappuccino Mocha

You can tell the chefs and baristas put so much love into their food and drinks as every detail was well-thought out and executed.

Surprisingly no Sunday surcharge either which is a rare thing nowadays!

We couldn’t wait to bring friends and family here next time! 🤗

What a gem of a café! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and a cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. But it's the food that truly steals the show here.

Let's talk about the crab linguine. Simple ingredients, executed flawlessly. Every bite was a burst of flavor, with the sweetness of the crab perfectly complementing the savory linguine. It's a dish that speaks volumes with its simplicity yet leaves you craving for more.

And oh, the prawn ebi burger! Juicy doesn't even begin to describe it. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the succulent prawn patty stealing the spotlight. It's rare to find a burger that's both satisfyingly hearty and bursting with such fresh, vibrant flavors.

The attention to detail in every dish is evident, and it's clear that the chefs here take pride in what they serve. Combine that with the friendly service and inviting ambiance, and you've got a recipe for a truly memorable dining experience.

Whether you're a seafood lover or just appreciate good food done right, this café is an absolute must-visit. I'll definitely be returning soon for another...

Such a great little cafe tucked away in Castle Hill! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the vibe — warm, welcoming, and stylish without trying too hard. The decor was modern yet cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind or catch up with a friend.

The staff were all super friendly and attentive, adding to the overall relaxed atmosphere. It’s always a bonus when you feel genuinely welcomed, not just served. And the coffee? Absolutely on point. Smooth, strong, and exactly what I needed to kickstart my day — clearly made with care.

What really stood out to me though was the upstairs seating area. It’s such a clever setup, offering a quieter and more intimate space compared to the bustling downstairs. It made the catch-up I had with a friend feel more personal and relaxed, away from the usual cafe noise.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to chat, get some work done, or just enjoy a quality cup of coffee, this spot in Castle Hill really delivers. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu — but even just for the coffee and chill atmosphere, it’s already earned a spot on my regular rotation....
