I’ve been coming to Roll’d in Bondi Junction for ages, and in the past I was always satisfied with my experiences. Recently, however, there have been numerous problems every time I go. Food being delayed, my order being incorrect, and/or rude staff. Issues end up happening both when I order in person or through the app. Recently, I’ve noticed that while I’ve been requesting extra ingredients (which I pay for), they’re not included in my order. I keep coming back because I do love the food overall, and I believe in giving another chance, which is why I gave two stars as opposed to one. It’s also frustrating because even when the restaurant is at fault, the staff doesn’t remedy the situation in a way that suggests they still want my business. My order was forgotten about one day and I had to wait 45+ min for my food, while watching other customers receiving their orders before me, and despite the fact that it was the fault of staff, I wasn’t offered anything by way of an apology, which has always been extended elsewhere when I’ve received poor service. I ordered a vegan pho bowl from Westfield Bondi Junction and requested to replace pho noodles and tofu with more shitaki and enoki mushrooms. Instead they wrote a note on the delivery bag saying sorry we ran out of enoki mushrooms and put more shitaki mushrooms. There was no shitaki mushrooms only some soup, bean sprouts and 2 small bunch of enoki mushrooms and 2 sauces. The bowl only filled just above halfway to the bowl. So disappointing. I already left a negative review on Door Dash for them to read. They should at least called me or put more enoki mushrooms, beansprouts and soup. It doesn't cost much for a basic meal. I feel so ripped off paying $16 for this which should have been $6. You lost me as a customer and you won't get any...

I was served by an incompetent staff member. I only saw when I got home that I was given the wrong menu item.
I went back and advised them of it. The manager arranged a replacement item. However, I know it wasn't up to their usual standard.
When at a later date I advised him of the issue at no time did he assure me that it was up to standard, hence I have to assume it was not.
If you have incompetent staff and do not believe the customer’s complaint then discuss it further - you do not have to serve second grade food. However, you did and we will no longer...
