Oh wow... This is authentic Hokkaido ramen that is better than some "just good" ramen places in Japan. The one complaint I have about ramen outside of Japan is the temperature - it's never piping hot and you can just eat it straight away without having to blow to cool it. However, this almost means that the noodles can never cook in the broth and thus you end up with a soggy noodle experience no matter how fast you eat. But this is one hot ramen! When I first started slurping away, I realized that the noodles were just a bit undercooked (but still edible) - which becomes perfect as you keep eating. The broth was perfect - many layers of flavors that blend into something awesome. I had the miso tonkotsu and my wife had the black garlic tonkotsu and they were both super tasty. They were not too oily, not too salty, not too much anything that stood out too much in a bad way. It was just right and I kept hoping that this bowl would last forever. It was one of the best ramen I ever had even comparing it to the best ramen places I've had in Japan. Now we have to go to Potts Point and hope we can park whenever we...

After returning from a trip to Japan, I found myself craving authentic ramen in Sydney. A quick Google search led me to Sapporo Miso Ramen Factory Sora, and I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had in Sydney.

I ordered the Sapporo soy ramen, and it was phenomenal. The broth, crafted from pork and chicken bones and perfected with bonito fish powder, was rich and flavorful—easily surpassing most other ramen places in Sydney. It was so delicious that I couldn’t resist drinking every last drop.

The noodles were perfectly cooked to an al dente texture, and the chashu was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, melting in my mouth with every bite.

BTW, a big thanks to the owner and the lovely waitress, who were kind enough to fetch a water bowl for my two dogs. That thoughtful gesture made the experience even more enjoyable.

The 40-minute drive to get there was absolutely worth it, and I can’t wait to return for another bowl of ramen bliss. Highly...

Came across this place on google maps while browsing the area i'd be staying at. Came here for dinner on the 26/3. I ordered a Chashu tonkotsu ramen and my partner ordered a mega chicken katsu curry rice along with kara age octopus.

The kara age octopus was crispy, chewy, lightly salty and delicious. The tonkotsu broth was thick, flavourful but very salty. the chashu was soft, melty and a delight to bite into. the noodles were a good amount of chew and balanced out the saltiness of the broth a little. The mega katsu curry was perfect for my partner. he loved every bit of it. the chicken was juicy and crispy. we tried each others dish and i found the curry too spicy for my liking but still delicious nontheless, he enjoyed how flavourful the broth was.

The location of this little restaurant was away from foot traffic. it was quiet, quaint and peaceful. the jazz music really added to it. We both loved the atmosphere this spot gave. felt like a secret treasure to me. i'd love to...

✨TLDR: Randomly came across this without any expectations.. (Pina’s was too full lol) BUT it ended up being one of my FAV ramens in Sydney + SO AUTHENTIC! 🤤🤤 Usually ramen in Syd doesn’t impress me but THEIR BROTH 🌟 If i had to nitpick, the chasu is on the fatty side and small but overall still one of the best ramen!! ✨✨ What I ordered [🌟=must order]: ▫️Hokkaido Miso Ramen ($19) [🌟] - if you love miso, you’ll love this - the broth is super rich ▫️Sapporo Soy Ramen ($19) [🌟] - this is personally my favorite broth because I love the flavour of bonito and this was SO UMAMI 🥰 ▫️Karage chicken ($12) 👌 - crispyyyy, and not oily! always love it on the side ▫️Takoyaki ($10) - it's a bit meh ‼️FYI, they have mazesobas (dry ramen) and donburi too that I’m keen to try during the coming summer heat! Ambience: Tucked away in the alley (near Pina's), small area which reminds me of ramen shops in Japan! 🇯🇵 There’s only 8 counter seats & 3 tables - so hopefully there’s no line 👀

Absolutely delicious new ramen joint on the block with a deeply flavourful broth. The Sapporo soy ramen was a standout featuring a pork, chicken and fish broth with aged soy sauce and char siu. SOOOO much umami! I also absolutely loved that you could watch the chef preparing the ramen and pouring the broth straight into the bowl which then was garnished and then put in front of you straight away - the soup was scalding hot in the best way! The Hokkaido miso ramen was also super flavourful - best miso ramen in Sydney yet! It looks like only two people run this hole in the wall shop - they don't have that much space so far but I expect long wait lines once Sydney gets wind of this great spot!
