it's such a disappointed dinner for us tonight. always thought they have reasonable good review, but after all tonight we pretty sure will not go back there anymore and certainly would not suggest anyone to give it a try, cause it's just not worthy. Ordered delivery got told to wait 45min, then after 1 hour phoned the store to chase the order, then finally got delivered after another 35min long wait. I ordered chicken and mushroom pide with a chicken burger on turkish bread, my roommate ordered Dad's special pide no mushroom. But got my chicken mushroom pide no mushroom and taste bland, my roommate got her pide with mushroom instead! And the worst is the chicken burger, it comes in a plain burger bun but not turkish bread, the chicken piece could not be any more thinner and taste a bit sour, perhaps not so fresh, it's just an awful burger! Amazing meals however there is one staff member (tall, younger male) who went out of his way to be disrespectful towards me. I checked my watch for the time. In no way was I causing trouble and he was watching me and said to me 'it must be hard waiting'. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Yes I was waiting but I was not causing a scene. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and the same 'gentleman' began berating me for ordering items that took longer to cook! My refund was denied so I had no choice but to wait uncomfortably. After getting my order, he didn't say sorry or thank you- just kept making excuses about the time. From now on I'll just make menu log orders as the customer service and lack of respect towards women is not On their list...

Ate here yesterday, ordered.2 spinach pide, a chicken sish plate and a large chips. Chips came out 20 minutes before the food so was cold by the time we got our food and was not great. Small crumby pieces that looked over fried. Chicken sish was tasty but everything else was bland, not even dressing on the tabouli, for $22 I would expect more than 1 skewer of chicken and salad. Hommous was ok. Pide was very oily and salty. Price does not match the portions. 2 adults and 1 child cost us around $65 which would be ok if the food was tasty and I didn’t have to come home and feed everyone again.
