From the moment we arrived at Seaside Eatery, we knew we were in for something special. The team welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, immediately setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. A special mention goes to Andre and Evie, whose charisma and attentiveness made us feel like long-time friends — truly part of the family.

We began with bruschetta and garlic prawns, both of which were outstanding. The servings were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the flavours spot on. The bruschetta was piled high with delicious toppings, and the prawns were perfectly cooked — a great start to the evening.

For mains, the barbecue chicken pizza was a standout. A clever mix of the traditional and the unique, it came with a personal twist that really showed off the chef’s creativity. The kitchen was also more than happy to tailor dishes to our preferences, which added an extra level of care.

We also ordered the fettuccine boscaiola with chicken, mushrooms, and fresh shaved Parmesan. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavour, it was the kind of dish you think about days later. The mushroom lasagne was another highlight — beautifully presented and tasting like it came straight from a beloved grandmother’s kitchen. Andre absolutely nailed it.

The atmosphere was spot-on — a perfect balance of professional and relaxed. The décor was tasteful, the background music was just right, and the space was spotless. The staff remained consistently attentive and non-intrusive, topping up drinks, offering ice, and switching plates between courses without missing a beat.

Despite being full, we couldn’t resist dessert — and we’re glad we didn’t. The passionfruit ice-cream pavlova was nothing short of sensational. Light, refreshing, and bursting with flavour. So good!

From this one visit, Seaside Eatery has become our new go-to Italian restaurant on the Northern Beaches. Exceptional food, fantastic service, and a truly welcoming vibe — this place is a real gem. Highly...

What a special evening enjoyed at Seafood Eatery! We decided late to go out for dinner and rang just before going - to check there was a table - and the warmth of the phone conversation, and the welcome when we walked in, were absolutely delightful and memorable. Evie looked after us with gentle, kind, happy hospitality like nowhere else! Dithering over a white or red, we were offered a ‘try’ and no problem when one of us - me - changed the choice. Our meals arrived - veal boscaiola- just looking at it was WOW! The colours and presentation were fresh and inviting. And then…the flavours! Magic! This was a great choice with a delicious sauce and the freshest, tastiest vegetables to complement. I even heard my better half saying if he was home he would’ve…you can guess the rest! Best meal in…can’t remember. So fortunate to have this great ...

I’d give higher ratings if i could! the food was absolutely some of the best i’ve ever had, We started off strong with garlic calamari & i thought there was no way it could be topped; only to be proved very wrong with the delicious mushroom lasagne & boscaiola (which they happily made gluten free!) for our main course. I was so incredibly full but couldn’t bring myself to put the fork down! The owner, Andre, was delightfully funny and catered to our tastes precisely - the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner or a quiet night with friends with beautiful music to set the tone! It was more than enough value for money, if there was ever a business to support during these lockdowns, it’s this one. Will definitely be back and couldn’t give higher...

Was lucky to meet André and see what he is creating in his spotless kitchen. A very popular new eatery in the neighborhood with its solid Italian cuisine all created from scratch with nona's guidance..In a lovely atmosphere and a background of the old family history on the walls it is easy to think yourself on the foreshore of Italy's Mediterranean coast. With the quality of the food to proof it and the service and dedication to see and feel. Good selection for a good price of home made food and a couple of glasses of the Vino will get anyone going here. My favourite big set would be a entree size fettuccine pesto and as a main the Scallopini Marsala, garlic bread/salad or the piping hot Seafood Special....in Vino naturally.. just book early!

First time visiting, we live just up the road. Some of the best Italian food on the northern beaches! Nice and homey inside with great portion sizes. You absolutely get what you pay for - highly recommend the mixed seafood/garlic prawns entree which is served sizzling in a small pot, and the lasagna, which is served fresh in the dish it was baked in. Also met the chef who came out to greet and check on the guests, great sense of humour. Will definitely be coming back!
