This place has our heart! The most amazing falafels I’ve ever had in my whole life! We had the falafel & shawarma bowls! WOW! Horrible customer service!!! Today l ordered an acai bowl for the first time at this shop, then I received basically a cup of granola with literally 2-3 spoons of acai!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! And when I complained about it, instead of apologizing and offering me another one (standard customer service in Australia), the manager and workers started arguing with me and basically said it is what it is and fully ignored me!!!! Tried this branch of several in Sydney at Bondi and it was brilliant for my first try. Order was efficient and prompt and I got my order in 5 mins. I ordered the falafel wrap and I saw them put generous portions of veg and generous portions of falafel from end to end. This provides sufficient crunch with EVERY bite.
