My friend took me here since I just visit Sydney from Toronto. Apparently this is the underrated spot in Pyrmont and honestly, the experience couldnt have gone any better. I got the beef lemongrass one and my friend got the traditional one and they were all delicious (better than the food i have back home lol). Waited 25 mins for a traditional pork roll and 3x people were handed theirs when I ordered before them. Just want to share feedback that it's not good or fair to other people, will be good if there is a system/process in place to avoid this.

Besides the wait, the pork roll is fresh with marinated pork on top in this traditional pork roll version. However, not worth the wait during people's short lunch break...
