The magic that is two men's tour of all things Sydney cafe extends to Zetland. This little cafe in an old corner store tucked in behind Botany Road, a hop, skip and jump from Green Square station was just too alluring to leave off our list of Sydney cafes worthy of our tour de coffee bean. And it does everything right. The service is extra friendly and the coffee is great, plus there's tables outside sprawling onto the footpath so it feels a little bit hip, a cafe such as one an artist might frequent although I wouldn't know because I... ahem... don't have the right sort of qualification for that sort of thing. Still, a really pleasant experience and I leave the text message as proof. (photo).

Such a great spot to have dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday. They have fresh seafood on display and you pick whatever you want to eat. You pay by weight. They cook it in the grill. Sooo good. Complementary rice and ice tea. The staff is very friendly and kind. A place to go for sure and enjoy the good vibe. On Sundays the prepare babi guling, from 5pm. It always finishes soon. They serve food until it is sold out.

Edit December 2019 -- How the mighty have fallen! Gone are Toby and Marianne. Gone is the amazing food. Gone is the spectacular hospitality. Gone is the amazing speciality coffee from various roasters. The place is a shell of its former self. In name only it lives on...one star for location. You can do MUCH better these days...walk one street over and try Social Society. [Previously reviewed as 5 star in June 2018].
