The woman in here is so rude, she puts 3 jalapeños on a foot long sub, has a phone call whilst making our food and is so, so unpleasant to deal with. The poorest customer service I have seen in the food industry in a long time. She clearly doesn’t want to be there so I’m unsure why she is, I’m sure if it’s to pay bills she could go and find a job she actually enjoys. She needs retraining on how to make a sub. Please somebody from management go in store acting as a customer and watch how this woman treats people and how she makes food with zero effort, its almost like she is intentionally trying to make the sub incorrectly to show she doesn’t care. Thereby, there are few people waiting outside the restaurant. Hence , the staff are maintaining enough speed according to the situation and staff are coming outside and notifying us to walk in whenever there is enough space as per the limits and ask us to sign in.
