Before you head to ‘the brothers cafe’ make sure you navigate to the correct cafe because there is another cafe called ‘two brothers cafe’ very similar. The brothers is located at Darling Square in the round food precinct on ground level with limited seats. On arrival there’s a sign that says ‘please wait to be seated’ and I waited a few minutes before anyone actually served me 👎. Once seated you need to scan the table QR code in order to see the menu but it doesn’t allow you to order, which means you need to go to the counter to pay first. While we waited for our order, a staff member approached us and asked us to move to the bar area as there were a group of 4 people waiting outside, but we told them we had another two friends coming! Strangely she only asked us and not the two other tables 🤔. The service is horrendous, the drinks come fast but food is very slow especially the soufflé which I think most people are there for. We were told a 1 hour wait time 👎. I mean who takes an hour to make a soufflé or dessert dish, what if soufflé was all that you came for? You pretty much have to order it as soon as you arrive. It’s 2x bigger than the gram soufflé 👍🏻 but takes 4x as long 👎. Was it worth the wait? presentation is nicer than the gram, it jiggles, it’s fluffy, it’s a little more expensive than gram but portion is much bigger. Overall it doesn’t taste as good as the gram pancake, I still prefer a simple soufflé with fresh cream any day. The karee burger was a nice and I enjoyed it but portion was too small and doesn’t come with any with sides for $21 (bar Luca burgers are...

I dropped by The Brothers Café in the evening and ordered their Tiramisu Croffle and a cup of Thai Milk Tea. The girl at the counter was friendly and gave a heads-up that the croffle would take about 10 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait since the vibe was nice and I was just chilling anyway.
The place was full, but luckily there was still one seat inside (and one outside). I chose to sit indoors, even though the space is quite tight—especially if you’re coming with a group of four. It’s not super spacious, but it does have both indoor and outdoor options.
The croffle was good overall! It had mascarpone cream, coffee sauce, chocolate chunks, and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. It was crunchy and tasty, though I did wonder why it wasn’t warm like freshly toasted—it could’ve lost heat under the cheese topping? Still, flavor-wise, I enjoyed it.
As for the Thai Milk Tea, it was just okay for me. It didn’t hit my usual go-to taste preference, but that’s subjective. Still, it paired nicely with the dessert and made for a sweet little break.

Read moreIt’s a nice cafe with good menu options but it’s kinda difficult to find it because there’s like no name on the outside like it’s full on hidden inside and on google maps it does not say like where it is so they gotta fix that bruh. But check out my video to help find it cause it’s opposite from commonwealth bank👍
Other than the struggle to find it, the food was good, we got a greenday burger 🍔 which is like Wagyu with avocado 🥑 inside and aioli and it’s deliciousssss but they seriously need to make it bigger especially for what ur paying for.🤑
We were really excited to try the tiramisu ☕️fluffy pancake 🥞 and it disappointed slightlyyyy. Like it’s definitely huge and can fill you up and it had like Tim Tam coffee flavoured around it and it’s kinda good but it has a slight egg 🥚 smell everytime you take a bite which is weird. Like they probably used egg to make it duh but like why is it kinda strong? Anyways we give it like a 3.5/5. I think the tiramisu croffle would be better.
We also sat kinda outside on high chairs which we don’t mind but I think they forgot to give us water 💧 💀cause water wasn’t anywhere on the menu so it’s kinda implied they would give but whatever.
Overall we would probably come here again to try some other stuff that’s probably a little better than what we had like a crab 🦀...
