The Butcher's Grill — Restaurant in Sydney

Walked in on a rainy Sunday, I was the only person there. Requested a Grilled Chicken Burger with extra Avocado and Egg.

Waited for over 20 minutes as they kept doing UberEats orders and call ins. In one particular case I heard the lady take a call for a specific order, take the order then the girl came in after about 15 minutes and her food was ready before mine.

I asked for a toasted sandwich they just gave me a bun. I checked the burger for Avocado and asked as to why there wasn't any they said "it's avocado sauce", this was accompanied by my half an egg.

The burger was so disgusting I couldn't wait to leave. 2 stars because the Chicken was actually well cooked.

Had a lovely 🍔 here on Sat night. The meat 🍖 was good quality, a generous portion & well cooked, although it was slight under-seasoned and lacking in flavour. The staff were friendly & accommodating but the shop inside was small with only a few stools in the window looking out. I have been to this place many times and I love their burger and sweet potatoes fries , so I often go there for a snack. Unfortunately, yesterday was diffident experience. I went there @ 4:15 and found myself to be the only customer at that time. I ordered burger and waited for my food at an outside table. Service was usually slow.
