Went for an early lunch and had ketogenic smoothies and coffees that were great. Then it was at least a 30 minute wait for our food. Food finally arrives I had the Paleo omelette, that was hot and delicious, and my partner had the burger in the lettuce leaf with 2 patties (can't remember the name) and a side of sweet potato fries. The burger patties were cold. Like they had been cooked and set aside. We told the staff who took it away and said they would do it again. They brought it back out in 5-10 minutes and they simply took the patties out, reheated them (could tell from where some was already eaten by my partner) and put it back on the plate. It was fine but throughout this process, the sweet potato fries had gotten cold. We gave up at this point. We at our food and left. While the food does taste great (when hot. Cold its not great) the service and waiting time was not the best....

Went there for brunch yesterday with my friend. We ordered scrambled eggs on sour dough bread. The place wasn't busy, yet two other couples came in and were served their food before us and their food looked more complicated to what we had ordered. Twice my friend asked where our food was and both times we were told it was coming. The third time my friend asked she told them if it wasn't on our table in two minutes we were getting a refund and leaving. Our food finally arrived and halfway through it we both stopped eating it. We both felt incredibly sick, the eggs didn't look scrambled, it was more like an omelet, but it was so oily, it was awful. There are so many 5 star reviews since the new owners took over although we don’t rate it. The kids milkshakes are $6.90 & come in the smallest jar plus it just tasted like coconut milk even though there was chocolate swirled around the jar you couldn’t taste the chocolate. The kids pancake was a decent size, it was supposed to come with ice cream although didn’t so we had to ask for this, then when it arrived it was melted coconut ice cream. My husband got the protein pancakes which didn’t taste very nice at all, too doughy & too much protein powder used. I got the halloumi stack which was tasty although this came with charcoal sourdough which it didn’t specify on the menu.
