Elegance Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

Yesterday i went to this cafe at 3.55pm. The lady seemed nice enough to let me know they close at 4pm. I told her no problem i was happy to find another car wash but no they were happy to wash or wait in the receipt indicates i got a car Detail when i asked for a wash and vacuum and told them dont worry about cleaning the boot. She made out the car was so dirty and i wasnt we are not grubs. I relised my battery was on 2% when i asked the lady if i can pay before my phone died. I attempted to pay and it declined knowing i had money on that card however, i used my other card. After i left i saw i was charged $140 for a wash and vacuum!!! what a complete joke!!! i am disgusted to feel that i was ripped off like that and obviously she saw we were dressed well and had money! i cannot believe it!! will never...

Worst experience went there with a friend it was busy . We were only Indians there and what we felt was totally unacceptable. They made us wait for 1 hr 15 minutes after order everyone was enjoying meal even people ordered after us had finished and our food was not even on table. Asked several times and every time giving candies by saying it’s on the way . Question is if you are busy you should be busy for all not only for us .Now I am going home Hungry with my date. They didn’t said straight but in other words they said you are odd one get out. I ll take this matter further . I ll never recommend them . Totalllyyyy...

Ordered take away from Elegance Cafe and I don't know what I was expecting, but I was certainly surprised. The food was absolutely incredible! Probably the best roast chicken I've had. Elegance Cafe is a real competitor alongside other similar restaurants in Penrith. The chicken was incredibly tasty, crispy and fresh.
