The food here truly exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Sri Lankan chicken curry that came with rice, and it was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was incredibly tender, almost melting in my mouth with every bite, and the curry itself was so rich, fragrant, and perfectly spiced. The flavors blended beautifully with the rice, making it a very comforting and satisfying dish. I also tried the Indian fish curry, which was another highlight of the meal. The curry had a lovely tangy and slightly sour note that worked so well with the fish. It was flavorful without being overpowering, and the fish was cooked just right soft, juicy, and soaking up all the goodness of the sauce. Both dishes showed authenticity and great care in preparation. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was inviting. If you’re looking for delicious, hearty curries in a relaxed pub setting, the Victory Hotel is definitely worth a visit. Highly...

The menu is extensive and interesting…. I had the special which was a pork knuckle which is just amazing. The waitress was so helpful and so friendly…..just lovely. The food was stunning, and the chef came out to check on how we found experience… On leaving the venue, not only did the chef again thank us for coming, but all three bar staff smiled and wished us a great night, and then even the security guy open the door for us and thanked us for coming! What an all round lovely...

Weak “beer garden” - plastic greenery attached to walls and lots of smoky smell. Glad we stopped in. I went back for lunch a week later and enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese. It was hearty, tasty and a...
