Made In Italy Annandale Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Sydney

Couldn’t really assess the quality of the pizza I ordered, but want to let you know the Ubereats delivery guy arrived with my pizza box placed vertically in his food bag and the pizza was basically scrunched up down one end of the box like a big cheese covered hanky. What kind of moron packs a pizza sideways? When I asked him why the box was sideways and if the pizza was ok, he said he doesn’t really speak English and then said the pizza was fine. He opened the box to show me and seemed genuinely surprised that it was clearly not fine. He tried to straighten the pizza mush out by poking and prodding at it with his fingers - appetite ruined- and then claimed you guys packed it for him, which I somehow doubt. I did call you and you said it’s happened a few times before. I was unable to get a response from Uber to resolve the issue. Not sure if you’re aware you’re being blamed for it? The food was exceptional. However, the customer service from a single woman with brown hair and glasses was in fact really disrespectful to my 75-year-old grandma, who is partially deaf.

My grandmother enquired about the onions she had purchased for an additional $4, but the waiter said, "You see those purple things on the pizza. Yeah, those are onions," (while rolling her eyes) she replied, adding that she would then speak with the cook but instead left without doing so. This young lady's extreme moodiness and rudeness towards my grandmother disgusts me to no end. I'm a regular customer of Made in Italy and I had quite few nice orders from them during the years, I have to say the food is very good and the quality is constantly!

We love the suprema pizza and pasta mammamia, you could also pick different pastas with the assorted sauces in the menù and your meal is pretty much customisable with a selections of add ons.

I highly advice to order from their app, as it got a loyalty program so you might receive offers and discounts!!

I forgot to mention the customer service, one the best in the area, the manager is very friendly and professional, he will make sure your food will be delivered faster and always with a smile.. (even on busy Friday nights).
