Crust Pizza Annandale — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered nine pizzas at 7:54 on a Saturday. Admittedly a largish order to fill. However we did not receive the order until 9:35. This late order was accompanied by two phone calls from us, the first at 8:50ish and second at 9:20. Both times we received an estimate of 10 minutes with an original order estimate of 40 minutes from order. We were offered one free pizza as compensation however we received 9 Luke warm pizzas, so you tell me if that’s worth it. $190 for Luke warm pizzas.

On top of all this we ordered one kids pizza (with a juice) for our kid (they had to wait 2 hours to get fed, although we did reheat a meal for them in the wait). The juice wasn’t even juice, it was “organic fruit flavoured water”

Horrible service and sub par pizzas. Steer clear. One free pizza with the excuse of “we got busy” is not reason to make a customer wait two hours for a cold pizza. We received no communication from them beyond phone calls we...

I've been a regular of Crust since I first moved to Annandale, right when the store had just opened. Only positive experiences with them, and any issues with anything were cleared up right away. The staff are wonderful, and the pizzas are always top notch. There's something for everyone at Crust, and as I've grown the shop has always catered to anything I wanted, from being a picky 6 year old to a sassy 14 year old wanting to pretend she was eating fancier than she was (highly recommend the 1889 Margherita for that - Looks exotic but it tastes as classic as a traditional Margherita!). I'll always be a regular customer, love this place!

I ordered pizza last Friday night as we had such a good experience from Dulwich Hill the week prior. Somehow my order went through to annandale. That was where it all went wrong. Pizza arrived barely warm, I had ordered the sml tub of icecream for $5.00. It was nothing more than a sample pot. When I rang the Annandale store after explaining my story to 3 different people, was told to take the complaint up with head office. The temp of the pizza, was told it was a Friday night. Wrote in and complained to so called head office who has now passed it back to manager of no ownership who still hasn't called me 6 days later.
