Three Weeds — Restaurant in Sydney

A finer pub experience. 3 Weeds has a somewhat upper-class air about it but don't let that deter you from making this your regular watering hole. A good selection of drinks are available and you'll find some that are a rarity. The food here is also quite nice and is great for lunch, more than your typical pub fare.

The ambiance is really where 3 Weeds excels. Rock up on a sunny Spring afternoon and spend it basking on the comfortable chairs by the large windows. Come in winter to be greeted by the open fireplace. I have been here for a few functions as well and you are well looked after.

What isn't so great however are the prices. For what you get, it is a little on the expensive side, though drinks are typical for the area. Also, the gambling and exclusive areas are an unknown for me as I have never felt the need to venture in there. Nor have I tried the seldom-open restaurant.

That said, if it's casual food and drink you're looking for, there aren't many better pubs...

I was invited to a wedding with the reception was at 3 Weeds Rozelle; the space was totally customised to my friends' style, and I was so impressed with the service of drinks and food. It was a very low-key event, and I think this place was totally well suited for that. one thing that I thought it was funny is that the limited bar tab included to lager style beers.... Who drinks lager and cares so much that they would choose out of the two options of Lager? maybe in the future a lager would be provided alongside a pale ale, IPA, stout, brown ale... Or any other option? anyway, beside this minor point, I thought this was a great venue...

A fantastic venue, with a variety of inviting spaces, and staff that genuinely looks after its guests. I've attended the 3 Weeds almost weekly for nearly 3 years as part of a social group, and the reason we keep coming back is because of the amazing hospitality , the delicious food and drinks, and the fact that we're made to feel like friends and part of the 3 Weeds family. The 3 Weeds recently hosted a wedding celebration for a couple in our group and the generosity of the 3 Weeds staff and stellar customer service made a special day even more special.
