Long been a big fan of theatre, and it's also long been a pleasure to enjoy local up-and-coming actors here at the Genesian Theatre. A small, quaint little theatre in the midst of the city, it's run mostly by volunteers but still maintains a casual yet professional atmosphere.
The actors there are always skilled and enthusiastic, and the productions are very well performed. It will be sad to see the company moving soon, but rest assured I will be following it wherever it ends up.

It's not just excellent performances and enthralling story telling, but the whole atmosphere of yesteryear. It's a tiny place so please book to make sure you don't miss out- and mention if you are extra tall as the leg room was a bit tight for a taller friend we took one night and we had to shift to the front row. Just loved it. Not for unfriendly types, due to its size it is a more intimate intermission where you will mix and mingle with lots of friends and supporters of the company.
