Iām a newbie to this bakery after coming across this store on Ubereats & they definately have a customer for life! Their bread rolls used for pork rolls are huge in size just as one would expect from buying banh mi that packs the right crunch with out it being overly hard or too crunchy. Love their pate, pickled carrots, so far Iāve only tried their pork skin roll, crackling pork and BBQ pork but all are very very generously well packed. I simply cannot fault this place at all. Tried their pandan waffles and that was also great- Iām used to the thinner pandan waffles due to the crispyness but these are just as flavoursome so to each their own:) Their candy cane juice was also quite nice. Highly recommended to anybody craving Asian pork rolls authentic style Only critism is the way they cut up their BBQ pork- but Iāll ask them in the notes section on Ubereats to slice it into thin slices rather than big chunky quarter cubes but maybe some ppl are used to it and wonāt even...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here just for the waffles - both Ube and Pandan. For years, I've been grabbing my waffle fix about 20 meters down the same street from this establishment; so I thought I would give the "new kid on the block" a go and see how it compares with the OG. From the first appearance, the waffle is similar in circumference size, however is a lot more thicker in texture. Both the flavours of Ube and Pandan are very subtle; whilst there is a lot more bite and chewiness. How does it stack up? Not bad, but I still prefer the OG simply because the waffle is more thinner allowing for more crispiness especially around the exterior and more importantly every bite you take you get a bit of shredded coconut to it. That said, I suggest giving "Tony's Bakery" a try as this is currently the only store in Cabramatta, serving up the Ube flavoured waffle; and at a price of $2 (each waffle), this is pretty good value! Staff was very friendly...

But todayāAugust 8th, 2025āa date that shall live in infamy⦠something went terribly wrong.
The meat came in four mysterious cubes, like it was auditioning for a role in Minecraft. The carrot, coriander, and daikon were so scarce I thought I was on a scavenger hunt. I even considered checking under the bread for hidden compartments.
A new lady served usāmid 40s, mysterious aura, possibly a banh mi saboteur. I donāt want to point fingers, but Iām just saying: Tony wouldnāt have let this happen. Tony wouldāve karate-chopped those cubes into proper slices and personally...
