Gong Cha Cabramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

Store is always dirty even tho. Even if there is more than 4 staff working no one would bother clean customer area unless it is closing time.

Tracy took my and say I couldn't get my free drink using point because the system is down But then she said I can still scan & earn point on my membership? And the POS is still working to take order?? Basically this store owner don't want to let people redeem free drink at their store so they tell staff to lie and make up excuses. Incredible! I'm trying to get in contact with head office about this as it is very misleading and bad business practice in every level.

Staff usually invite friend over to talk when owner isn't there ( 70% of the time the owners aren't there), they will talk to their friends and won't be bother to talk order even if there is a long line.

Overall this store is has poor hygiene and customer service. I recommend going to a different bubble tea store in Cabramatta or the Gong Cha in Canley Vale has amazing customer service and cleanliness if you're desperate...

Gong Cha is always such a refreshing drink after a hard days work or a once in a while treat. Might take a while to find what you like though. It grew on me 100 percent once I knew what I loved.

The popular Milk tea and Boba is such a great treat whenever. Really hard to resist the attempt to get it everytime I go to Cabramatta especially when it's pretty unhealthy :(

The Green Tea with Milk Foam is amazing and great for a hot day. The milk tastes awesome which makes you disregard your lactose ;)

I also looveee the Lychee Ooling Tea as well. That's more suited on hot days for a refreshing drink.

That's my big 3 in Gong Cha that I always get. I'm sure people would have a similar big 3 as well.

Vibe just works but there is too much boxes everywhere on the seating area. Service just does their job but when it gets busy, don't think they are keen to be patient and explain to...

I guess manager wasn't on duty, because the standards were slipping and the ice wasn't being strained and just put into the cups, it was very busy, long lines, hard working girls, seemed like they were stressed and understaffed and they just added heaps of ice into cups, so I spent $12.50 to get 2 large cups half filled with ice, seems like a pretty bad deal to be honest but gong cha is the best bubble tea in cabramatta, i've tried them all and the others are mediocre, I am a regular we usually go twice a week but I have to say even if we waited for 5 to 10 more minutes for our drinks thats fine as long as we're getting the quality we pay for.
