"Large Tasty meal". I stopped in for dinner on a cold Saturday night. I sat at a table and waited to be served, but due to so many telephone orders and walk in customers for takeaways, I decided to go to the counter to order. A female staff took my order and I paid straight away and pointed to my table. I also asked if they had dessert. The staff did not understand the words, sweets or dessert and just showed me the menu again. I could see she didn't understand, so I said don't worry about it. There are plenty of cold drinks, but I could not see any warm ones offered. The décor is sparse and uncluttered and a bit breezy with an open door onto the street. I ordered the Pad Thai with Beef ($16.90), consisting of stir fried noodles with egg, carrot, tofu, red onion, pickle turnip, bean sprouts, garlic chives, meat, peanut sauce, a large amount of crushed peanuts and a quarter of a lemon. I drank a bottle of tap water. When I received the meal, I spread the peanuts into the noodles and squeezed the lemon over it, and then took a photo. I really enjoyed the large meal and was happy with the 'Thai' taste. Definitely worth stopping here for a meal.

Amazing lunch special, definitely the best Thai restaurant in the local area. The lunch specials are outstanding value and they can make dishes vegetarian (and maybe even vegan), the pad kee Mao was very fresh and had lots of basil and chilli notes to it. The star of the show was the pad Thai, the noodles are cooked perfectly (al dente and not broken) and everything about this dish was stunning, from the crunchy vegetables to the sauce and nicely cooked egg. The Thai milk tea and lemon tea was quite strong and tasted like what you would expect in Thailand, so it was a little bit of a surprise to us. We went back a few days later for lunch and had the vege pad Thai again (still awesome) and the seafood pineapple fried rice. The prawns were very fresh and the calamari was one of the best I have ever had. Been back 4 more times, love the pad Thai the most, also really like the chilli basil fried rice and the pineapple fried rice.

Stopped by this new Thai restaurant in Crows Nest for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! The lunch special offered from 11am-4pm is a steal at $10.9. The portions were generous and satisfying. The menu is comprehensive and reasonably priced, with most dishes ranging from $15-20. We particularly appreciated the two larger tables under shade in the back, perfect for families with strollers. Can't wait to come back and try the Pad Cha Calamari. The dishes we had were full of flavor and hearty, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was high quality and plentiful. A great find in Crows Nest!

Worst experience ever. My girlfriend and I went to have dinner on the 28th of May. We walked in and were met with the most agressive and rude customer service. We walked in and were stared at by the lady at the counter as if she didnt want us in the restraunt. We wearnt sure if we were gonna be seated or meant to instantly know what we wanted and order at the register like a mcdonalds. We asked for a table for two but had to seat ourselves. We ordered the mussaman beef curry and pad see ew. The beef curry was inediable as the beef was hard as a rock and rubbery. Very overcooked and not the typical slow cooked beef that belongs in the dish. I was unable to physically chew the large chunks of hard meat and was left very disappointed having to spit it out and throw it in the bin! Paying 24 dollars for something i could not eat. Following this I went up to ask for a take away container and stood there for 5 mins at the counter while the lady had an entire conversation on the phone completely ignoring me and then walking away leaving me to stand there finally returning a few mins later not even asking me what I needed and without a word asking me to tap to pay for the bill when all I wanted was a takeaway container. This service was unacceptable and very rude, short and blunt leaving us feeling like the lady didnt want us there with a constant angry expression on her face. We were very excited to try this restraunt but would never go back. Very disappointing please do not ever go here. Worst thai...
