Emoji Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

What a pleasant and satisfying experience! Emoji cafe excels in quality and tastiness. The new owners have outdone themselves! My husband and I ordered the signature emoji beef burger, the portugese chicken burger, the lychee frappe, and some counter sweets. We have visited countless burger joints and have left feeling sluggish from greasy chips and messy burgers. These burgers did not leave us feeling this way, they were high quality!! They were so tasty and we didn't leave feeling unhealthy or blegh. The high quality started with the fresh brioche buns and not the usual greasy kind. The beef patty and chicken were house made and lean with loads of flavour and juiciness. The chips were beer battered and so fresh! None were soggy, just the perfect texture of crunchy skin with a soft inside. Very moreish. Quality has definitely been prioritised at this cafe, the food speaks for itself. I've heard the sandwiches are a hit too because of the quality bread. The lychee frappe was unique and refreshing, it actually had crushed lychee inside. Not the fake syrup stuff. The service was great, super friendly staff and the meals came out super speedy! They were very accommodating to us with our baby's pram too, made sure we had enough space to enjoy our experience. The chocolate finger, smartie cookie and almond shortbread were a nice treat to takeaway - they didn't taste stale, couldn't fault them. Definitely coming...

I've gone to quite a few burger places to enjoy a good burger - and Emoji cafe is the one of the best! It has great burgers with a good combination of flavours and the focus on the main things are prioritised - the buns and the meat. Yummo! I actually left feeling satisfied but not bloated or uncomfortably stuffed. I also love their quality beer battered chips. I'm a guy that likes simple uncomplicated food that doesn't compromise tastiness and quality. This is definitely a place I would catch up with friends comfortably without wondering when I could wash my hands from a greasy messy feed. I also got the fish and chips and it was well presented with caesar salad! I love bacon so it was a lovely surprise to have on the side. The fish tasted fresh and again didn't leave me feeling gross from the batter or oil. Really impressed with how the new owners have transformed the cafes menu. Can't wait to return,...

Excellent food, especially the burgers, wraps, and really well cooked fish and chips. Love the coffee too! The atmosphere is very cosy, and the staff are kind, respectful, and quick to service. Would definitely recommend...
