Great location to sit and eat a pork roll, pho etc Tried vermicelli pork with spring roll. It was OK the iceberg lettuce was unusual in the mix instead of viet herbs like Parilla. Lots of mint which i like but pork had no character/texture as if it had been soaked in MSG? Perfectly fine pork roll but not crunchy roll as I like it. All the food was good but just not remarkable in any way other than sitting in sun to consume. Easy parking also.

Had lunch here and got the prawn rice paper rolls, pho and Vietnamese pork roll. The pho broth was good, nice flavour and not overly salty. Was interesting that they gave only mint instead of Vietnamese basil. The rice paper rolls were good. Decent amount of filling and size. I also got a Vietnamese iced coffee which was nice and refreshing. Overall, it was a good lunch. I would recommend

Ordered 2 phos and 2 vermicelli salads, which were both absolutely delicious! Quantitatively, it filled me up and are both satisfyingly healthy options for lunch. Loved the sriracha sauce and the very spicy chilies! Would honestly have this everyday if I could

I live in Gymea, and there's only 2 places around here to get Banh mi's. I'd been here 3-4 times, and the rolls are OK. I always get the crispy pork roll with the lot. However, on Anzac Day, we went here for lunch, and came away dissapointed. My crispy pork roll had NO crunchy skin, and my wife's virtually had none either. They have plenty of the skin on display, so why be stingy with it...I'm paying extra for the crunch factor ! Anyway, I complained, and they added a small piece to my half eaten Banh mi. The other problem is the rolls; not sure if it was because it was a public holiday, but the rolls had no crispness...just soft and chewy. We just spent $20 on 2 rolls, and would expect much better. We also ordered a take away beef pho soup as well; this was also not very good. For $16.00 it wasn't really worth it. This shop is quite popular with the locals, and the staff are polite and efficient; the inside of the shop is pleasantly decorated, and has seating inside and out. I'm not sure if they were just having an off day, but I won't be rushing to come back. I like supporting my local businesses, but times are tough, and food is expensive, so I want value...

The Vietnamese coffee is nice and authentic, but I am here for the Pho. We ordered 3 beef phos and 1 combination beef pho. The only difference is the combination beef pho came with two piece of beef meatballs. No tripes per mentioned in the menu which is disappointing. Definitely is not the best pho I ever had in Sydney. Probably one of the best in the shire tho. the flavour is definitely there. If you live in the shire and craving for an authentic pho and don’t wish to travel too far, this place is your best choice. I can see myself coming back to try...
