The Warwick Farm Cafe is a family run affair, catering almost exclusively to the weekday tradie traffic. They do coffee and breakfast classics, the b&e (or 'break & enter' as my brother dubbed them), coffee, a fridge full of energy drinks.
But the menu has a couple of rare sleeper items, notably the dim sim bahn-y and Oz-Viet fusion of the highest order, the classic Bahn Mi (which also slapped), but the real treat was the chef's special beef Pho.
Rare cuts of thinly sliced beef and a silky luxurious broth, accompanied by a beautiful wack of fresh herbs and crunchy sprouts - this was a top tier pho!
