Rice Time — Restaurant in Sydney

I gave a 4 star review because I am a regular customer and the foods are nice and tasty with reasonable prices. However, I had a bad experience today for the first time and I hopw the last time. My favourite meal to order from them is the crispy chicken noodle soup which I ordered today for take away, along with 2 other containers of take away specials, as I haven’t had it in a while. When I got home, I found out that there is no chicken in the bag 😩 I only got the noodles and its soup in a separate container. It was already 5:20pm when I got home and there’s no way I can go back and make a complaint as I was starving. It’s a lesson learned from me but I am writing this review for the management to address to their staff members to always check the customer’s order....

I like the food both taste wise and quantity. They have an offer to rate them on Google and get free drink with meal. People should rate honestly is what I would say. Once I took only veg noodles with vegetables(1 option ) which was not on combo meal menu and they reduced the price as I had taken less than the 2 option menu, which is good customer service. They are always smiling. 4stars from me because I liked the food but not something which gave me tasted "wow" for which 5stars are reserved(have to be honest in public domain...

Today I tried the chicken Laksa Special which is currently $10. The chicken is tender and comes with some broccoli and cabbage as well as fried Tofu. personally I would prefer a thicker soup and more spice. But it still a good laksa and very good value at $10.

My choice at Rice Time would be the hot bar choices of Mongolian beef and salt and pepper fish.
