To the owners of Westfield, i have been visiting here for over 10years now, not much has changed. It is a decent Westfield however can this place be given a fresh new updated look? Maybe put new stores for us young people like Zara or Kookai, David Jones, shoe stores such as Witner or Midas. The food court had plenty of options BUT where is the actualy healthy clean option? At Bondi Westfield they have Cali Press, if you dont know what this is, go on and try it. Im sure their are other options similar to them but we need clean food options for people like me who are willing to pay. Also the decor in food court is soo boring compared to Bondi. Some parts of the centre i never have walked past because the stores are soo out of touch with todays generation (as ive said ive been using this centre for over 10 yrs). Some parts of the centre are dead which is a shame because this Westfield has soo much potential. When I need to do clothes shopping or other people I know, we opt to either go City Westfield, Bondi or Parramatta or Macquarie because they have stores suited to younger demographics. Eg Big W upstairs why cant that be Zara? its a big space and that part of Westfield will be busy. Or Downstairs where the escalators are coming down from Glassons its soo dead and boring i dont even go there. If there was more young and inviting shops that appeal that part of the centre will also be busy. where the old cotton was.. whats that now? makes no sense. Also the centre interior make it more aesthetically pleasing ie appeal to our senses.. eg Miranda westfield their floors are fantastic, clean, crisp no damage, shiney and looks great, our sense of vision enjoys looking at clean environment. another example would be sense of smell. Miranda or Bondi or Macquarie those 3 westfields especially are fantastic, the whole centre smells clean! you can smell it wherever you are in the centre. Why cant liverpool be like this? The chairs in the centre between shops or in the aisles are really bad.. why cant it be more modern like Miranda where its artistic and comfortable? This is only my opinion which i only want my local westfield to be AMAZING, as a local i dont want tk venture out, local should have what we need. Over the recent yr or 2 i have noticed uniqlo come which is good 👌 or jd sports (not my type of store - havent been in there to shop) but atleast young people can go and shop there. Restaurant - cant comment, Liverpool we dont have a restaurant lane. Cafes - me and other people we know only go to Vine and Grind - as its the only place with good food, quality in ingredients, superb lighting (natural light) also and aesthetically looks great 👌 i have eaten at almost every fast food on lunch break at both food courts and the only place which is good is soul origin for time and efficiency. i have also eaten at every other cafe - do not like those - either staff was poor, always tables are dirty or quality in ingredients are poor OR nothing nice on menu. there was multiple trolley issues in particular with coles -which i have addressed i think 2x to the fb page.. and since then i have noticed more trolley staff. Also I wish we had Valet parking, esp on those busy occasions such as christmas shopping where the carpark is already chaotic, i would go straight to Valet and pay to avoid circling to find parking - im certain there are other customers who would go to Valet too. Eg whenever i go parramatta - without hesitation i go Valet, to avoid stress to find parking, theres an app its easy. Also ive noticed theres no respect to cars - people cannot park, most of my scratches on my car are from this westfield, people leave the trolley leaning on my car, its not a ferrari but i do drive a German car and its expensive to fix - so Valet parking would be a great option to look into the future please. Just because we are out west sydney doesnt mean our westfield cant be top of its game, people from around sydney should be like wow liverpool has upgraded and people can start to spend. Thank you for taking the time...
Read moreBlessed Nights at Westfield shopping Centre Liverpool Australia in Ramadan or Macquarie Mall Liverpool which started at the end of last month.
Great place to try different street food and cuisines in one spot, from middle eastern food to Italian/Croatian etc. The deserts are different story, so many choices to choose from almost anything you can think of, although this event and the one in Haldon Street Lakemba, seem to target Muslims, food is halal, and they start with Ramadan. Check out my photo’s daytime and night time.
Last year, they had over 120, 000 visitors for the event (almost 12 days (Friday to Sunday), while compared with Haldon Street Lakemba 1 million visitors (Daily for the whole month). In my view, it is very similar to the Lakemba event, but much organized and while still busy, it is not as crazy as Lakemba. Check out my photo’s daytime and night time.
Unexpectedly, I was looking for a customized gift for a new baby born and came across this lady where she sells custom design gifts that I have never seen before. Also, saw a man selling beads and some bracelets which is interesting in a street food market. Interesting, at this Blessed Nights Westfield Plaza Liverpool, you come across more variety than Lakemba when you don’t expect it. Check out my photo of the gift and few other things from the lady.
While the famous middle eastern sweets like Konafah (Egyptian spelling 😊) is branded in this event with a different company and people compared to Lakemba. Here they are called Knafeh Vs the lakemba event under Yummy Yummy, the one here in the westfield Liverpool event is more like an entertainment show, they are playing their music and dancing as they are serving, and sure they are positioned as the largest most strategic stall, centered on one entry right opposite to Westfield shopping Centre.
Tips: Use the discount codes available for the custom gifts, this is cheap. Be prepared to spend $15 or so at each food stall. Food is not cheap. Try little things from as many stalls as you can, don’t drink until the end. It is noisy and DJ is on always, Fridays-Sundays, so it is not best for romantic outing with your partner. The earlier the better if you don’t like crowded places, 9:30 PM to 11:15 PM is the most crowded. Parking is available, although will take a bit of time, street parking Macquarie Street is better and Westfield shopping centre parking is available, generally parking is much better than the Lakemba event. Provide feedback with Liverpool council for a chance to win and for further improvement for next year.

Read moreIt's got everything that an average family would need most days, so it's a very convenient place to do shopping in. One of the things I miss having, though, is an internet café. They used to have one next to their McDonald's counter but it was not very user-friendly and now they don't even have that. The other thing I am disturbed by is the constant music from early morning to late night. They should stop it and also ban shops inside Westfield from blaring it. It makes it difficult for me to think or take a phone call. And if the intention is to confuse people and somehow make them blunder into buying all kinds of things they don't need, then I think that is very unethical and I don't even know if that works. Also, and this has more to do with customer ignorance, it would be great if Westfield management and supermarkets could place 'keep to the left' arrows at elevators and other places where people have to queue. This used to be there at Westfield Parramatta and can serve to prevent stupid behavior. Another plus would be to have the short line facility where customers with 8 items or less can queue up, again, like it used to be in Parramatta Westfield. This would not only be a courtesy to customers but would cut serving times. Otherwise it's a good and convenient place. The approach on Elizabeth Drive is spacious and well-designed and a pedestrian pathway through the parking lot from the side of Campbell St is very convenient for shoppers who live around Westfield in Liverpool. All in all, a nice place, next only to Parramatta Westfield. Edit: It's years (I don't remember how many because the date is not shown on the review) since I wrote this, but now it's 2025. There's not much change, except for a further reduction of check -out facilities and more pushing of 'Assisted' checkout. I am never able to find an accessible checkout clerk in the one or two available aisles. They're always seen serving those with loads of grocery, leaving their counter or closing it. One heartening thing that happened a couple of years ago, is that they replaced the long-standing missing letter on the "Westfield" signboard, and also spruced up the...
