Schnitz Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

So my mother and sister have gone out for lunch. A favourite place for us to go ever since this restaurant opened. When their food was delivered, my sister found a hair on her plate. All places have this hiccup. That's okay but what was not okay was the reaction of the staff who seemed to find this funny when she sent it back. My sister watched as the food was discarded and was now waiting on her order to be remade but on a second serving there was now a food in her food under the chips she had ordered. Sending it back a second time, the staff seemed to find the situation even funnier. It was not until the manager arrived that her meal was refunded as there was a bunch of laughing from the staff the manager seemed to fail to silence. This place WAS a favourite of ours but ever since new management seems to have taken over and the regular staff we recognised left, the overall quality seems to have dipped. Not just with the food but the overall establishment as a whole. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this particular restaurant which is a shame because there is no others around...

Overall this place food is wonderful but I have concerns about the thing’s I order because since the first time coming here I loved it so I did Uber delivery but upon getting the food I was missing a lot of stuff and overtime that was a lot of money just in extra sides and main dishes alone. I wanted to tell staff that I was missing food but wasn’t able to get a hold on them so that is why I’m writing this. Overall if you wanted to get food from this place on Uber I strongly advise not to.

But since the multiple uber incidents from that restaurant ordering food in was difficult as the atmosphere was very loud and when putting in orders they didn’t get the whole thing and this resulted in missing items.

But to conclude this message your guys food was great that is why I wanted to give you a fighting chance but your staff and atmosphere couldn’t really be worked on as I don’t feel it is great for a customer to not get what they ordered and have to repay for things and receive missing items...

It was very disappointed with the chicken schnitzel, chips and a Basic instinct meal today, when it arrived it was quick as usual but this time the food was yucky. The chicken schnitzel's was half raw and the chips were soggy, I politely took the chicken schnitzel back and only said "the chicken is half raw" I was not making a fuzz, I was greeted with NOTHING, No I'm sorry I will replace it, just a "ohh" from a woman who was not doing very much compared to the other women who was serving ordering creating plates up. Then I was served with a new chicken schnitzel only to see it again was half cooked again, then the young cook gave my "Child" a horrible stare 👀 like she cooked it and tried too make him eat it. This is not on Buddy, I could get over being served raw chicken but making children/my child, feel uncomfortable in a family facility that is absolutely disgusting.
