Farm Pizza and Kebab House — Restaurant in Sydney

Been coming here for years, love to support the many local, family owned, kebab shops but recently this place has nose dived into oblivion. I cannot possibly recommend this place to anyone anymore, there are many other shops around the area that offer much better service, so please, go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Visited tonight for a late night snack, stood in line and at the counter for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all, it was like I didn’t exist. Another person waiting in front of me also left in frustration, I followed suit with little hesitation shortly after.

The previous time I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait around at the store, arrived and stood around for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged, and was told they forgot to make my order which I had made 20 minutes ago, and was told that it would be done in 5 minutes, not for a moment did I believe that…, and sure enough I was there for another 20 minutes until it was done.

The time prior to that I had ordered online as well, got to the store just in time for them to pull out a Pide that was burnt to a crisp from the oven and sure enough it was my order, had to wait around for another 20 minutes.

And another time I ordered via Uber Eats, received a Pide that was mostly burnt underneath, tasted bitter and terrible, was borderline inedible.

I have given this place many more chances than I should have, needless to say I will never ever be coming...

I ordered a pizza from Farm Pizza and Kebab through uber eats two days ago. Even though i ordered it at 1am (their closing time), the pizza was still made to perfection and was delivered not long after I ordered it.

Today I received a call from the owner apologising because of the review I posted on uber eats . This was really weird because I didn't post a review on uber eats? The owner said that because I didn't have a good experience, he will send me a new pizza for free. I explained to him that I did not post any review, and I was extremely satisfied with the pizza that was delivered. Apparently there was a glitch with uber eats, and someone else's review was under my name. I couldn't accept a free pizza for a bad review I didn't write. Not only did the owner insist on still giving me the free pizza, he drove 15 minutes to deliver it to my doorstep himself. Never have I experience customer service as great as their food. There are very few businesses with such genuine values for customers experience. 11/10 would...

I’ve been in 5 times in a month period. 3 of which I ordered a small meat box, the first time was $7, the second was $10 and the third was $13, I’d love too know why they charged me different prices in such a short time span, not too mention the service is very questionable. The only good honest worker i’ve met so far that hasn’t changed prices, always made it loaded and appetising like an Authentic Kebab, snack pack etc. is the smaller chubbier one (no offense, just a description) if you are reading this you are probably the only person holding that place together and I salute you for actively making good food, and I apologise if I offended your co-workers but they just aren’t up too standard as shown in the...
