If I could give zero star, thatās what I would do. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews and I went in with my daughter. We ordered and sat and waited. After 25 minutes. The food came, but the extra turkey bacon that was supposed to be an add-on was not brought , so I politely asked the asian woman, and she apologised for forgetting and brought it as my daughter and I started eating after the long wait I spotted some green spots on the turkey bacon so I went and asked the manager which was a tall, heavy build girl and she told me that thatās how itās supposed to be with green spots, and I told her that I looked it up on the Internet and none come out with green spots so she said that she would give me the refund and as sheās going to give me the refund, sheās starting to be rude and told me to never step foot in her store again that sheās banned me and I said I might even get a poisoning from what you served me and youāre being rude to me and she said that sheās gonna call security and just could not stop yelling at me and belittling me !! keep in mind Iām 50 years old and she was in her 20s, I said to her, just give me my refund and I will leave she was holding it in her hand and yelling, and when she gives it to me, she slaps my hand so hard by the way I have carpal tunnel. I've been to numerous Oliver Browns around Sydney in the past month (so covid can't be an excuse) who serve reusable ceramic or glass cups whether I am offering a cold or hot drink if it's for dine in but Liverpools Oliver brown served our drinks (an iced chocolate and a latte) in plastic disposal cups. We also noted the female front staff to not practice hand hygiene between serving cakes and performing other duties. While we wanted to address our concerns with the owner/front counter staff, they were not bothered to be attentive and chose to turn their backs on us. My Little one cannot walk pass oliverbrown without asking for strawberry dip .. and of course have to get it for her. When I told the Young man to serve it to her at the table in the food court accross the store, he kindly advised that I could eat external food at Oliver brown table.
