As a Bahn Mi enthusiast I’m always down to try the different variety of Banh Mi’s around my area & this time I tried the crispy pork roll from here. Ngl it personally did not fully satisfy my cravings however I have to rate the quality of their service, size of the roll (which was quite big with the option to either have soft or crispy roll) and the pricing.

Service was fast when I went during lunch time & the pricing was decent at only $11.50 for a roll. They do have roll and drink combo which ranges between $15-18.

The crispy pork roll I got definitely had generous amount of juicy & crispy pork however, they weren’t generous with the veggies and only had bò in it. I asked if they add pate and they mentioned that they normally don’t add it in for crispy pork roll and only add it to the classic which I guess I can ask to add in but didn’t know at the time. There was a drizzle of liquid seasoning in it but it wasn’t enough to my liking.

I absolutely love this place. Truly, from the moment I walked in here, I knew that I would love it. The only thing that I had as a reservation was how long I was going to spend there, because of how in love with it I was. I ended up spending four hours there before my friends had to drag me away. My feet felt as heavy as the wings of justice as I was carried away with this establishment's fantastic crispy pork roll still in my salivating mouth. The staff here are so friendly. I asked one of them what their favourite movie was and they said "Oppenheimer" (2023), which made me very happy because that's my favourite movie as well. Not only that, but their food recommendations are the pinnacle of taste and finery. The staff member whose favourite movie was Oppenheimer recommended me the crispy pork roll, and, lo and behold, it was delicious.
