Before the Covid pandemic, it was one of my frequently visited places. I never missed Monday because Akthar Bhai used to make goat biriyani that day. I used to send him messages to keep a few boxes aside for my colleagues and me and enjoy it in the late afternoon. His food was lovely and yummy- most notably, he cooks them every day; that means we could enjoy the fresh food, not the stale or frozen food. He also updated us with the daily menu and pictures of that freshly made food. How could I resist those pictures and food? Apart from his excellent and tasty food, a few other things attracted me to visit his shop frequently. They are: He connects with all customers. He knows his all customers by name regardless of their background. He serves his customer with a great smile on his face. He knows his customers very well; knows what they want. In a word, his customer service is above and beyond. His shop is awarded for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, which is very important for any food shop. Any big restaurant should learn its customer service and business model from Akthar Bhai. He deserves to run a prominent restaurant in Parramatta. He has that skill and experience.

I miss it now. After this pandemic, I hope we will return to the pre-Covid world and visit his store more often to enjoy excellent foods with friendly...

The polite gentleman and his wife are running a true example of cooking with passion! Finer things come in a smaller package - this business is an example for the proverb. As much as I have missed the authentic Indian home style cooking, rarely someone comes close to the real deal. These guys have tickled my taste buds with a new something from Pakistani cuisine every time. Even if it was some humble lentils, he would do some innovative mix on the plate of dishes to give me the WOW factor. If you ask an ethnic Indian- There is no such thing as fine Indian dining. If you want the real cultural experience, try this guy. Ask him about the extra specials for the day, give him a lead on what you feel like and leave it to him to make you a plate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, making me feel truly welcomed.

The food was simply outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Ingredients tasted fresh, and the chef’s attention to detail was evident in every bite. My personal favourite was the Paaya Naan, Nihari, Chicken Liver, Fish Curry, Paneer methi, Sweet Seviyan which was cooked to perfection.

Service was prompt, drinks were perfectly paired, and the overall dining experience exceeded all expectations.
