Only been in area a few times and always ordered from Forster store without issues , ordered here on Monday night for a collection, when arrived noticed the pizza was missing the extra Paneer Cheese Iād added , in fact it had no Paneer on it at all , I asked I was told they have run out , I then questioned why I hey didnāt mention it ? I got a grunt from the robust woman at the counter , then the man from around the back came out and had a go ā we all the. Out of product mateā he was quite standoff ish. I believe he is a former manager himself thatās been let go .. having worked in hospitality my self I realise this , and I said as I had wait to the lady āI was just wondering why it wasnāt mentioned!? Or why I wasnāt called or given the option of another topping ? ā considering Iād paid $6 extra for it ? The lady said quote ā if you donāt like it just donāt come back ā so needless to say Iāll make the extra 5 minutes drive into the Forster store...

I ordered a gluten free base and was given a normal one, which I ate without realising. This led to significant pain afterwards. The rest of our order was also incorrect. On the previous occasion, I put in an order and it was marked as paid even though I had not paid and the cashier wouldn't take my payment. I am an honest person, so I had to follow it up the next day to pay. I am all for kids being given a go, but the young man who took my gluten free order was clearly inadequately trained for that role. (in all fairness the guy said it was his 2nd week) put me onto the manager Angela. Wow, total lack of customer service, tried explaining my order to her and she just cut me off, rude, sarcastic. Probably be best to go do her Cert 2 in retail and learn how to do her job. Put words into my mouth saying I asked for 20% off my order which I didn't.
