Good old RSL, cannot really go wrong. Locals know best. Quaint RSL, warm friendly atmosphere.

Basic menu, just the std parmy, steak, tassie scollop with salad or chips. My wife had the scollops, which were a hit. I had the Parmy, this was ok, they just needed to cook the bacon a little bit more on the top. Std pub prices for meals. Menu was a bit small, but this the little hamlet of Swansea, so I will let that pass.

My partner had the scallops and i had the lamb shank. Very busy tonight so we had to sit in the bar area. Bought drinks at the bar which are reasonably priced and ordered food in the bistro. Decor nothing fancy but when meals arrived after a small wait was very impressed with potion size and quality. Chips were replaced with sweet potato fries due to a national chip shortage and were an excellent swap. In total cost $88 for 4 drinks and 2 mains. Great...

My husband and i went to the RSL Swansea tonight. I had the scallops and he had the steak. My scallops were incredible, succulent and cooked to perfection. They would rival many top restaurants in our home city of Perth. I can’t remember ever having ones as nice. Price reasonable and large portions. My husbands steak was cooked to perfection.
