Saw the signage & was keen to look in there with my wife. We apparently walked into a section that was not part of the store advertised shabby chic, homewares area (not sectioned off) & was rudely dressed down to by a retired aged lady barking from us behind the counter, in front of all present in the store telling us off. Such a turn off. Will not return & intend to share this experience with friends. It takes so little to simply wake up & be kind or address ppl with respect. Ā Ā Ā Read moreRude and arogant. They assume people know the location. I was a visitor, no signage to inform visitors of situation entering store. Bad advertisement for tourists visiting Ulverstone. Couldn't believe the rudeness and ignorance of the owner and clowns sitting around the table. Nothing in here any different to more friendly stores/cafes elsewhere in Ulverstone with better atmosphere and views. Try fixing it rather than mouthing off about customers behind their back and winging (I heard them, others probably haven't) as it has obviously been a recuring situation with the entry. Rude...
