Torochi — Restaurant in Victoria Park

Food was ok. Very menu small selection . I question home made claims as they had a sign saying out of tofu pudding until late July. Its late July now, regardless, Perth has always had the separate ingrediants to make tofu pudding, in abundance. I suspect they are using packet powdered pre-mix/made pudding. Food aside, shop was dirty and run down, service bad. Rude gossipy giggling young women/girls servers. There is no toilet for patrons, not even in the common building, was told to use toilets in the Woolworths building. How is that even legal?

Edited to add and reply to owner: I made no mention of portion sizes. Have edited to add "menu" to make it clearer. Did you get independent legal advice? It doesn't sound right to me. Further, your staff were rude when asked about bathroom facilities. Also not good for those with young kids who have to walk so far or leave a kid behind to take one kid to the bathroom. Unless Walsons Food Northbridge was just serving commercial contacts for the past couple of years, everytime I check back, the place has been closed. Your signage made it seem you made soymilk fresh at your shop not that you outsourced it. Either way, I have not recommended to any of my friends. 3.5 stars Came with friend in Oct 2022. We just wanted to eat something little, tried Cold Taro ball Sago, $5.9. They know we shared. They provided us with a ladle and extra bowl. The dessert was served slightly warm. I could not see any fillings when it's served. Seem look like coconut milk with a few sago only. Would see the fillings after Stired and scooped it. I just wanted to have a bit more fillings. Not to request more for such price. Another day, tried Pineapple Coconut, $6.3/medium: I choose no sugar no level. Reminded me it would be sour. But it's ok for finally - no sour as Not much passion fruit seed. Watermelon Coconut, $6.3/medium: fixed sugar and ice level Both are with coconut jelly. Fresh fruit.

I past this shop while walking in Vic park and thought that it looks pretty cute so I decided to try their bubble tea but it was not good at all. I have traveled world wide trying bubble tea from many many places, and from that I previously thought that bubble tea can be really good but not that bad, but after trying this bubble tea I have learnt that bubble tea can be that bad. I usually don’t write reviews but this was so disappointing that I just felt like I needed to. I don’t know what was with the pearls but they were orange. That texture wasn’t bad but they lacked taste. The tea was really bad. I ordered a regular milk tea and it was so bad. It left a sour taste in my mouth and overall tasted weird. Both me and my sister who ordered this couldn’t finish it and thew it away after a few sips. The cafe itself was really cute, and the service was good and fast.
