Burger Plus Geelong — Restaurant in Victoria

I once had a burger in Budapest no where in the world have I ever come across an experience so amazing as that burger until today....

Me and my partner came in tonight and where greeted by a lovely lady that provide an amazing smile and our menus to pick from the range of burgers and delights.

We ordered 1x chorizo burger with 2x bacon loaded fries, and a no. 2 double cheeseburger and two milk shakes 1x banana and 1x chocolate.

While we eagerly waited for food to be prepared which wasn't that long, the lovely woman who served us came out with our milk shakes first while the finishing touches of what was to be the most amazing burger experience I have had in my life was being finalized.

Me and my partner took the first sip from our milk shakes gazing into each others eyes with a look of amazing delight ( somewhat like the lady and the trap with the spaghetti minutes the spaghetti instead to wonderfully amazing tasteful milk shakes).

It was then in the moment we had realized what was to come next was something out of this world a new experience a new next tier of amazing burgers.

I was so excited the lovely lady came out holding the take away back for us we thanked her and we where on our way home to binge watch netflix and sink our teeth into these tasty burgers and fries.

Once home I ripd open the burger box like a little kid going to town on Christmas wrapping papers. I held the burger in my hands high a light shining through the window apon the beautifully stacked meal as if god approved of it him self.

I took my first bite the chorizo, beef, bacon rolling on my palette......

It was then I knew I had found the best burger joint in the world!!!!!.

Followed by my amazing burger I ate my bacon loaded fries and to my delight it was just as wonderful as the burger its self.

We ordered the pulled pork burger, fish tacos, nuggets and chips, sweet potato fries and lime milkshake. Tacos and the burger were good, though my burger could have probably had a bit more of the condiment. Both chips were tasty and stayed crunchy well after finishing our meals. The chips are probably worth going back for alone. The nuggets are obviously a blend of chicken parts (similar to McNuggets) and the batter was probably either a little too thick, or the oil was a little too hot. Despite that I thought they were still good due to its crispiness and seasoning (disclaimer, I believe that the McNuggets are the best chicken nuggets around purely because of the crispy batter). Disappointed is an understatement. Customer service and management is very poor. When our food was ready the shop had a mix up with transactions. Our food was sitting for 20minutes until the shop finally sorted their mix up. They gave us 4 cans of soft drink to apologise for the stuff around. When I got home they had left out one of my burgers! Upon ringing the shop they said because they had given us 4 cans of soft drink (which was for the mix up) that equates for the price of the $15 burger!! This is an appalling way to treat customers. There are multiple incorrect statements in your reply regarding this transaction and I am unable to reply on google reviews, refund is still yet...
