Judging by the scores of people waiting in line; this place must sell great food.

Also they must intentionally waft the beautiful smell of roasted pork belly, lemon grass, coriander and chili throughout the mall definitely brings in customers.

Today I ordered a beef Pho; which I considered one of the greatest dishes in the world. Their version didn't disappoint; light and flavourful.

Newbie trap - when pouring the soup component into the main noodle bowl; pour it away from you. My pants were seasoned with Pho flavoured soup for the remainder...

My husband and I recently purchased ice coffees, banh mi rolls and rice paper rolls from here for our lunch, which we ate elsewhere.

The first couple of bites from my banh mi, were wonderful! UNTIL I noticed a thick grey hair of approximately an inch in length. Upon inspection of the remainder of the roll, it was discovered to be littered with more and more grey hairs. Even writing this review is making me feel sick to my stomach 🤢🤮

My husband noticed nothing in his food. But needless to say, we will never be eating here again.

I go here for lunch once a week as I bring my lunch to work each day except for one day in the week where I let myself have a treat, and with all the food choices around the CBD I always find myself there. The Vietnamese salad is a must, and if your looking for a more 'on the go' meal then the rice paper rolls are just as delicious. One of the best places in Bendigo at the moment, you can tell from the line each day! And even with this line you don't have to wait...
