Hungry Jack's Burgers Shepparton — Restaurant in Victoria

I really hate to write a negative review about a restaurant but today I am forced to write this! Went through the drive though this morning, ordered breakkie Wraps, then staff requested to wait in the parking which I was happy. Waited for 30 minutes for two Wraps and a cheese burger. Everyone behind me was getting served and gone. Got out of the car and went to the counter to remind about my order but staff didn't have any clue and then further waiting in the car and received an Angus burger which was not even what i ordered. Took it back to the counter and returned it and you would expect some apologies from the staff which didn't happen. Looked at me like I have done something wrong. Finally got some refund less the coffee already served. (If I was the restaurant manager I wouldn't charge for the coffee after messing up the whole order/not a big deal) But as a national franchise restaurant like Hungry Jack's you would expect some sort of professional behaviour from the staff! Even though I had bad experiences from this place in the past, this was the worse. Never going to visit this...

Absolutely disappointed in this place.

I usually drive through, the service is never the best and wait times are slow but it’s tolerable and the food is okay…

However I came through with my partner last night, we were waiting roughly 10 minutes before being sent to park and waited an additional 5-10 minutes after that.

The food came out cokes and burgers messy, although I will say the fries were fresh. But worst of all of this was the customer service.

The young girl who served us was incredibly rude, did not listen when we told her that we couldn’t hear her properly (speaker box or headset issue) and further ignored us when we tried to tell her again at the window. She also stood at the window , leaning against it lazily taking orders after we paid and were waiting making us feel uncomfortable before very rudely telling us to park.

As a previous employee from 2015-2021 and ex-manager, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of standards and quality this store presents today. This would not have been tolerated during my time there. We made mistakes but...

Went and ordered big breaky wrap the order had no hash brown ,😡 went back in they re did order , standing there waiting for my order again which was taking too long, I had to tell the teller girl how long is it going to be , I think the bloke making the wraps has forgotten the wraps in the cooker , I should of re checked my order again before I left but after being mucked around with my order I just wanted to get out of there, got home and wrap hard as a rock and burnt . It was just after 9am on a Wednesday morning and they were not busy only me and another customer in there so no excuse. Not a happy customer will not be coming back here ever again after a few bites you couldn't eat it and it was thrown in the bin , totally wasted my money. Now my husband is sick from eating big breaky wrap, food poisoning🤮🤮 Check your orders if you go here in future as there not good.
