Hungry Jack's Burgers Wangaratta — Restaurant in Victoria

1 Star for the quality of staff at the drive-thru, rude talking to her co-workers, while I am ordering at the drive-thru speaker box. I ask for 2 separate orders Both being Medium Ultimate Double Whopper Meals. She replied "okay thanks and drive through". I get to the Window the girl said "$11.30 the meals are, thanks" - Chatting inbetween with co-workers. I was shocked and said "$11.30 for an Ultimate Double Whopper Meals"? She replied "yeah thats all thanks" Hand her my card - paypass Thinking I had scored a good deal, because I usually get a UDW Meal for $13.35 every Sunday. Get home disappointed to find I got a Double Whopper.. a $11 Burger that has no cheese and bacon. Rang the store, got a nice lady, filling in from another store, couldn't really offer me anything or help out. Really nice and apologetic lady on the phone. 1/10 interaction for this Sunday night. I will visit this Store again, I do every Sunday. From now on I will Ultimately. Double. Check my meal from Wangaratta HJs.

Went in tonight to get dinner. I made my order at the kiosk then as I was waiting I decided to go out for a smoke, one of the staff there went out to drop food off to a customer and actually went out of her way to compliment my Metallica hoodie. I hadn't received a compliment on anything in such a long time I genuinely felt good about myself. Went back inside to get my meal and a chick behind the counter with two lip piercings just gave me such a heart-warming smile the whole time (not sure if it was the same one who complimented me), but it honestly made my week, she was cute too haha. The only positive was the food was served quickly but the service from the drive through attendant was extremely rude. She did not smile and in fact looked really annoyed with me. She passed our food to us but rarely made eye contact and talked almost under her breath. I felt that I had done something wrong. It made the experience very unpleasant. As soon as she passed the bag to us she raced to shut the window in my face, luckily I managed to remind her of the sauce so she quickly gave it to us before shutting the window and walking off. I would rather have waited longer for the food and had a pleasant customer experience than experienced that. Bad...
