Booked in to dinner for 6pm Valentine’s Day arrived at 5.50pm was seated and given menus on arrival-5 minutes and it’s time to order. Waitress asks what drink do you want? My husband answers with a Carlton draft thanks waitress nods and says yes and stands there obliviously so my husband points out the drink sitting on the counter display she nods writes that down we start to order mains I ask how big are the rice serving waitress says yes and writes down rice I say I’m asking you do we need 2 serves or is one enough for both of us she nods and says yes again and proceeds to write another serve of rice down I say no I’m asking you if we need to order two lots of rice once again she nods yes and writes down another serve of rice my husband and I look at each other like what the f and is now making a bowl gesture with his hands asked her again how big is the serving of rice she nods yes and writes down another serving of rice well I’m getting frustrated now and said can you please listen to what we are actually saying and once again ask how big is the rice servings once again she nods yes and writes another serving of rice I ask could you please get someone who can understand English because at this stage we are probably ending g up with ten bowls of rice she says yes again and walks off another lady comes over and says sorry I will be with you after I attend to the only other two people there and walks off on all of us and answers a phone order which could not be taken and we could hear the customer on the phone trying to explain what they want to order until the phone customer says look don’t worry we won’t order and hangs up frustrated she then goes back to the other two customers to be told that the food they have received is incorrect she walks into the kitchen on return she comes to us and we have decided that we will leave and go to the local pub for a meal there and proceed to walk out explaining we are leaving after 40 minutes of terrible service because they do not understand the English language. Arrived at the pub 6.40 ordered and had entree come out in - 3 minutes and before finishing that our mains were out so after 40 minutes of trying to order Indian we were now fed and very happy with our meals leaving from the pub at 7.10 so it took less time to order and eat than to talk to people that do not understand a word you’re saying Absolute worse service we have had should of been a sign there were only two other people in there on Valentine’s Day., just pathetic and will NEVER go back EVER. How on earth do they take orders when they do not speak the English language?? Disgraceful to...

Went here for a work do with about 30 people and we had the banquet. Easy to get a park in the street out front or in the car park that is about 70 m walking distance if that. The entrees were great. We had medium and hot mains. Tip for young players do not order the hot unless you are used to HOT Indian food. The service was great, they were attentive, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have a great night. Whilst there on a Tuesday night many people cane and went getting take away. The beef vindaloo, butter chicken and Rohan Josh yo name a few and all were awesome. Wasn’t so keen on the chocolate mousse...

Do not waste ur time and tastebuds. We made a booking for 9 ppl. The moment you walk in the restaurant u will be received with extreme hostility and when ordering ur alacarta u will be judged on every choice. Maybe the chef did not want to cook food. We had few senior citizens with us and kids but restaurant made sure the wait will kill your hunger and by the time food arrives whatever capacity if left in you to eat the food is gone as soon as it’s been served. No taste and the service from the staff was as if they are doing you a favour by even letting u in their restaurant. Absolutely...
