Can't handle a negative review... how about you get your stores acts into gear.!!!

Macas is macas but this place has gotten so bad over time. It takes 20 mins to get through the drive through when no one is there don't even bother if there is more than 2 cars. 30 mins to get a coffee instore & they can't even get your order right to save their life. Honestly you need to fix this. The store is filthy like it hasn't been cleaner in weeks & staff have no manners. I would have given you 0 starts if I could

26/6/22 update Another disappointing experience at work we will get Frappes on a Sunday. This week they had no food at the top end of town, not only that but you have to wait in line for 20mins to find this out. The line was out to the highway at the bottom end of town so we thought we will just order online. 2.5hrs later we finally get it, food is cold & the order was wrong seriously guys you need to up your game & fix the problems everyone is having.

Further update 2024.. Still have not got thier act into gear. Hopeless can't get an order correct to save thier lives.. wait times have not improved and the service is given with a frown and glare.. Tried to contact them on the website cause I know there is no point in calling them they will not care.. and they basically want every contact details I have, I should be able to choose how they contact me, not have to give phone, email and address, seriously!!! Just want them to get my order correct how disappointing I've not had a good experience in the past 4 years.. and when I try to leave feed back on the website it times out and won't let me continue or re review so they don't give a damn if they are satisfying thier customers so won't even let negative review to be left on...

As someone who was trained to work with McDonald's and did work for them to say I'm completely in utter disbelief at the level of under- trained staff today that I and other customers experienced is a literal understatement. I am a VERY patient person besides my experience today. My self service machine crashed so I opted to approach the counter. After standing there and the line backing up for what felt like eternity I then just re tried self service after seeing multiple floor staff visibility see myself and many others with choosing to ignore we existed.

After the fact once my order was placed we again waited for what felt like eternity with not one single communication on what's happening with our orders I decided to approach the bench to see what was going on after 20 minutes of waiting in silence. To which I saw one of the staff members walk out talking to her friend who was on front serving and complain that she only has a 10 min break and she's starving. While our orders are sitting there this girl decided her friend working needed her food more then the customers waiting and made it fresh in under 40 seconds. At this point I was furious. I got my order and asked for the manager to which I waited another five minutes 🙃 😅 and didn't even get a positive reaction after pointing out the girl and her friend the manager smirked so I walked off. Absolutely appalling service and all staff including your manager clearly need to be retrained with what the expectations are and what good communication...
