Alrighty, so i took a long while to actually build up the courage to give this rebrand a try and yet again they haven’t changed.
Soo, lets start with the PRICE RISE… 75% of Kebab shops include cheese as a standard, these guys do NOT $16.50 to start with is high but can be acceptable IF and thats a big IF the portion isn’t designed for kids.
My Kebab came to $19.00 for a standard kebab with cheese and Jelopinos because they DIDNT have chilli flakes? Wut??
$1 for a half handfull of Jelopinos, $1.50 for a handful of cheese…
The Business is Called ‘The Hungry Owl’ and i was definitely still HUNGRY after eating here.
I shouldn’t have cheated on my local.. $15.50 and you could put two of these together and still not match it.

Read moreBy far the worst kebab I've ever had. I ordered the kebab combo with a can of drink and with chips. $26!!! I missed when it was Kebab Empire which quite clearly it was a million times better than what i...

For $17 you get a 2 (overcooked) falafels in a bowl of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, a bit of onion and a bland garlic sauce. I paid $1 extra for a spoonful of hummus. $18 for the worst value salad I have ever ordered which was mostly lettuce. Any extras like sauce or other salad items are $1 extra. I used to order falafel bowls from the last place regularly. They were awesome. Sadly won’t be coming...
