Eastern Beach Train Tours — Attraction in Geelong

just hopped off from the train ride. Very poor experience. The Lady driver was Very rude. when we arrived the destination and needed to get off the train, my son stood there and was bit hesitate to hop off. The Lady driver came and said: get off. My son did get off the train after the Lady said it. I then found out that she didn't pull off the step for us so it's a bit high for my son to jump. He is 4 year old. While she waited for us to get off, she went back to the driver seat to check her phone. my hubby had to get the pram out without her opening the gate for him. It took him a bit of effort but he managed to. This was our second time riding on the train. so disappointed. The gentleman we had for the first ride was super nice and polite. They may be volunteers. But you represent geelong people when visitors go visit. So...

This tour is so special, myself and a boy I care for go on this train on a Wednesday. The train driver Mick is wonderful, so caring, understanding and inviting to all. He welcomes us by name and we have only rode on it 3 times!! He is cheerful, has the biggest smile on his face the whole time and you can see he loves what he does. If you go down to eastern beach jump on the train it takes you up and back to where you first started your trip. It’s $9 a person and takes you around eastern beach for around 20 minutes its all...

My 3 year old son really wanted to ride on Thomas and we choose this one as the puffing billy one has some fixed schedules etc and needs commitment. So this one was the best choice. The driver was the best you can get. You can hop off in between and hop on and driver will give you a ticket to ride back to the one you started.
